Public Private Strategies
We are often asked to use our skills as facilitators and process leaders to design and execute different types of workshops and events with a focus on knowledge sharing, idea and strategy creation. This is an example of a workshop of an all-day idea workshop for 80 managing directors from the municipalities, the regions and private companies. The client was Danish Enterprise and Construction Authority , and the aim was to develop new ideas that enhance public private collaborations. The workshop was created in collaboration with UiWE who also created the movie and the website www.ops09.dk
