User-Centered Innovation Frameworks
How do you discover when the user needs and behavior change? How do you ensure that your
knowledge of users becomes a source of inspiration and new ideas? How do you apply user insights to your business?
The workshop provides participants with a practical and methodical basis for working with user-centered development of products and services. The course is built around inspiring presentations, practical exercises and dialogue. The course teaches participants:
- To plan and implement user-oriented development
- Seeing the world through the eyes of users
- To investigate and understand user needs, desires and experiences
- Translating knowledge about the user to new ideas and concepts
- Inviting users in to develop and co-create
- Specific methods: interviews, focus groups, participant observation, personas, user journeys and co-creation
